Materials in one place
Choose a thematic package, read the summary and print the full text on A4. The print button also lets you save the package as a PDF.
Thematic packages are based on published journal topics and library categories. This is a navigational grouping, not a new decision approving programmes or documents. Materials available on request are represented only by cards. Different versions of a source file are listed with the relevant resource; identical texts are marked as duplicates.

FENIX: Knowledge and Energy
Eight primary FENIX files, two ZE-01 module documents and four related sources about the New Order. Working concepts by the authors, brief summaries and full published texts.
SPECZASHCHITA: structure and participation
Public texts about the cooperative, its tasks and governing bodies, membership, enquiries, contacts, contributions and payments. A useful starting point before exploring programmes and documents.
Directions and programmes
All 19 directions and 25 programmes in the current public register: their purpose, stated status and cited grounds for decisions. Library resources on targeted programmes are also included; each document’s status is preserved.
Cooperative documents and public rules
Organization profile, governance, regulations and personal data, as well as published versions of the website’s legal documents. For materials available on request, only descriptions already public and the contact procedure are provided.
Forms and joining
Published templates for a letter, a questionnaire, an application and a participation agreement. The cards explain each form’s purpose; restricted document packages are not reproduced.
Territorial and sectoral projects
Library resources on the development of Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkaria, infrastructure, industry, unmanned systems and national projects. This is a collection of sources with their original statuses preserved.
Historical Library Materials
Five archive entries: organisational, contractual and project materials from earlier periods. They are included for traceability and are not identified as newly applicable decisions.
Strategy and management
Texts about state and social structures, development strategies, management and institutional proposals. Brief summaries are accompanied by the published text and links to the originals.
Science and methodology
Methodological resources and models of systems, validation, scientific infrastructure and research. The authors’ propositions are reproduced with the status of their original publications, together with available limitations and explanations.
SFERA, EQUILIBRIUM and digital platforms
The architecture of digital systems, platforms, registers, data and media: from broad SFERA and EQUILIBRIUM concepts to specialised portals. Different documents and editions relating to the shared theme are preserved.
Technology, industry and energy
Applied resources on technologies, modifiers, materials, industry and energy solutions. The package contains public texts and available source files; publication alone does not confirm implementation.
Ecology, biotic communities and ECO-PPA
Documents about biotic communities, natural systems, environmental programmes, ECO-PPA contractual models and food. The thematic collection helps compare concepts, proposed mechanisms and stated objectives.
Finance, funds and analytics
Resources on accounting, balances, intangible assets, funds and financial models. The authors’ texts and their public summaries are reproduced, including existing explanations of the proposals’ status.
Culture and heritage
Documents about culture, heritage, historical memory and development models based on values. The package brings together texts from one thematic section without replacing the originals with editorial summaries.
Cooperation and international collaboration
The cooperative model, partnership, international cooperation and resources from the BRICS International Federation of Intellectual Games. The collection preserves the original distinctions between concepts, programme proposals and public descriptions.
Territories, infrastructure and project systems
Knowledge-section resources about territorial development, infrastructure and project organisation. The package supplements the regional library with separate texts and concepts from the knowledge journal.
Film and talk transcripts
All 74 films in the public film library: brief summaries and published subtitle or transcript text. Timecodes have been removed for continuous reading; films without published text are represented by a description and a video link.
