About the data and site visits

Why we publish this

Every claim carries a confirmation level of D0–D5 — from a statement to recognition under approved rules. The level is assigned to the claim, not to the project as a whole.

Roadmap to 2050

The White Paper sets a strategic planning horizon of 2026–2050 and the transition sequence: pilot → contract → production → settlement.
