From an enterprise’s request to a verifiable project

A joint project office is proposed, without creating a new legal entity at the initial stage. MAP could bring in enterprises and experts; SPECZASHCHITA could prepare project briefs, coordinate contractors and monitor deadlines. Specific roles and paid work are agreed separately.

Three proposed pilot projects

Business cooperation register

Link needs, resources and skills to a source, a responsible person and a record of decisions. Check the processing of applications and access permissions; a keyword match does not constitute a partnership.

Enterprise resource resilience

Select one site and a critical issue involving energy, water or production residues. Compare options on the same basis and prepare the specifications, measurements and cost estimate for the next stage.

Agri-food cooperation

Prepare a specific supply chain from the confirmed need of the buyer: product, quality, storage, transportation and acceptance. The result is a decision on a trial batch, additional testing or refusal.

First 90 days

  1. Days 1–30 - agree on participants and rules, collect requests and check the readiness of applications.
  2. Days 31–60 — define the scope of the three pilot projects and prepare project briefs, baseline data and targeted proposals.
  3. Days 61–90 — check options and contractual terms; hold a final session with a decision on each pilot project.

This is a stage of preparation and limited checks. Construction, installation and industrial commissioning are planned separately. Returns, savings and transaction volumes are not promised in advance; the public catalogue is kept separate from personal contacts and confidential commercial documents.
