Version 1.0 • Conceptual architecture of a single register language

Purpose of the document: to create a single dictionary, classifier and coding system for the description of objects of material, intangible, documentary, scientific, technological, natural, digital and civilizational heritage.

The basic principle is that one object can simultaneously belong to several registries, but must have one stable identifier, a single digital passport and a transparent communication system.

"ORION22:22" in this architecture is used as an internal symbolic input circuit identifier and data consistency label; it does not replace legal, scientific, or government identifiers.

1. Architecture of the register dictionary

A classifier dictionary is built as an ontological system in which a term, object, event, subject, right, source, territory, and digital representation form an interconnected graph. Each entry must be suitable for both human, search engine, AI-model, archivist, researcher, lawyer and registry operator.

Object = ID + Class + Registries + Attributes + Sources + Contacts + Rights + Status + Version

2. Basic Registry Classifier R01–R22

3. Unique identifier of the heritage object

A single identifier must be stable, independent of change of owner, name, status or storage location. For the internal system, a format is offered that separates the permanent machine identifier from the human-readable classification code.

Example of human-readable code: EQ-HER-R04-R12-R14-000001-REV03

Where is EQ — EQUILIBRIUM; HER — Domain Heritage; R04/R12/R14 — Essential registry supplies; 000001 — unique room; REV03 — recording version.

7. Cross-classification matrix

Each object allows multiple registry membership. A central object is not duplicated; instead, links are created between its single ID and the corresponding registers.

8. Evidence and Confidence Index

For automatic parsing, it is necessary to separate fact from hypothesis. Each statement extracted receives a source, source type, date of circulation, degree of independence, and machine estimate of confidence; critical attributes undergo expert verification.

Confidence index: C = w₁S + w₂I + w₃A + w₄X, where S is the quality of the source, I is the independence of confirmations, A is the consistency of attribution, X is expert verification.

ClassRangeInterpretation

C10,40–0,59Preliminary Confirmation
C20,60–0,79Sufficient evidence
C30,80–0,94High evidence

9. Hierarchy of registers

Level A - Planetary

Objects and phenomena of world significance, interstate and universal registers.

Level B - National

State registers of cultural, natural, scientific and documentary heritage.

Level C - Regional

registers of subjects, regions, territories, historical and cultural zones.

Level D - Municipal / Local

local archives, museums, communities, organizations, private collections.

Level E - Personal / Family

family archives, private meetings, personal digital funds.

Level F - Machine Metarester

10. ORION22:22 As a symbolic outline

In the architecture of the project "ORION22:22" it is proposed to use as an internal symbolic code the coordination of 22 basic registers and two directions of data movement: entry into the Archive and exit to the knowledge system. The designation 22:22 can be used in navigation, interface, version marking and infographics, but should not replace official numbers, archive ciphers, DOI, ISBN, museum inventory numbers, cadastral or other legally significant identifiers.

Meaningful formula: 22 Registry × 2 Directions = "Save ↔ Linking.

12. Implementation of the classifier

1. Approve R01 ?R22 as the top level of classification and fix the coding rules.

2. Create directories V01-V08 and assign dictionary owners.

3. Determine the minimum passport of the object and the mandatory fields for each class.

4. Compile a correspondence table with external state, museum, archival, library, scientific and international identifiers.

5. Create parsing and normalization rules for each source type.

6. Enter a proof journal and a confidence index for each statement.

7. Run deduplication and graph connections between entities.

8. Create expert queues for controversial records and conflicting attributions.

9. Expand versioning, change log, and immutable checksums of digital objects.

10. To display a single interface of the Heritage Preservation Archive with a search by registers, time, territory, connections and level of significance.
