#061420Scene, space, corporate background
People, nature and knowledge form a shared language. It helps connect an idea, an area of action and a verifiable result.
“Shared Destiny” and the “New World Order” are presented here as the author’s concept. This visual edition preserves the names and routes of the current SPECZASHCHITA website.
01 / RECOGNITION
Preserving the symbol.
Developing its surroundings.
The symbol comes from the original SVG: three hands inside a ring. Its geometry, proportions and original green, yellow, red and blue colours are preserved.
This edition’s palette applies to backgrounds, typography and navigation. Multicoloured brand symbols are not recoloured gold or turquoise. Clear space is left around each symbol; captions and images do not overlap it.
02 / COLOR AND TYPOGRAPHY
Depth, warmth
and a vibrant accent.
#DBC18BMeaningful accents and thin orbits#7BD8C9Action, connections and active states#F8F8F2Reading and a calm environmentMontserrat is used for the interface, titles and explanations. Headings have room to breathe, and body text retains comfortable line spacing. The local font is included in the package.
Georgia — emphasis on meaning and slogans. Italics are used sparingly. Numbers and long passages remain easy to read.
Gold and turquoise are used on dark backgrounds. On light backgrounds, body text is dark blue. Statuses are distinguished by labels and shapes as well as colour.
03 / ROUTE MAP
From shared meaning
to a specific action.
Four levels are a way to read an existing site. This is a navigation model of the new edition, and not a change in the legal structure or status of programs.
Shared vision
To see the whole and the role of the participants.
Area of work
Find the area of work and thematic links.
Program and place
Go to the program and application space.
Materials and Action
Examine the foundations and choose the next step.
ECO-PPA area numbers and SFERA thematic fund codes are different classifications. For example, area No. 7 means the circular economy, while fund N07 has a different meaning. Their relationship is shown separately after a substantive comparison.
04 / 19 AREAS
Single numbering.
Different areas of action.
Names and links are preserved from the current catalogue. Each area’s card provides access to programmes and knowledge; this edition adds an illustration, a poster and an intro.

05 / FORMATS AND MOTION
One language -
A few ways to see.
A3 poster
A portrait sheet measuring 297 × 420 mm. An artistic image occupies roughly the upper 60%. Below it are the exact name and slogan from the unified catalogue of areas. The coloured symbol retains its original shape.
- One page — one area.
- Branded closing: “SFERA — A World Without Borders”, speczashchita.com.
- A note about the author's image created with AI.
- The screen gallery and print version use a single layout.
Intro · 6 seconds
A gentle transition into the image, time to read the title and slogan, then a calm branded ending. Motion supports the meaning through a subtle zoom, light or a smooth reveal.
- No abrupt flashes or rapid flickering.
- The user can pause the movement.
- With reduced motion enabled, a static frame is shown; the video starts only through an explicit action.
- Motion pauses when off screen or in an inactive tab.
Spatial Navigation
19 points around the sphere represent 19 areas. Three orbits convey connection. Position in space, size after selection and proximity to the viewer support navigation and do not indicate a ranking, funding or progress.
- Each area is accessible through a standard HTML list.
- Users can rotate, zoom, pause and reset the model.
- If WebGL is unavailable, users can still navigate through the list.
- The glTF contains the same geometry that the site shows.
Images and captions
Natural light, living environments and plausible technologies create an image of a desired future. An illustration is not presented as a photograph of a completed facility or as evidence of a result.
- The text and the exact logo are superimposed separately from the image.
- Captions distinguish between an existing facility, a project and an artistic concept.
- SDG colours do not replace the brand symbol’s colours.
- An accessible text description is retained for each illustration.
06 / MEANING, FACT AND CHECK
Every connection
has its own basis.
20 Russian national projects and 17 SDGs are presented using official sources. Their mapping to the areas and seven fields of work is the author’s analysis. It does not imply official partnership, funding or confirmed results.
Source next to the fact
The card retains the full name of the program, the link to the original source, the date of verification and the approval status. The state program "Sport of Russia" is not added to the number of 20 national projects.
Acceleration as a hypothesis
We show the mechanism: a shared project profile, matching participants, identifying constraints early and reusing solutions. We then measure the time from idea to pilot, rework and the quality of the result. An unmeasured value is not shown as zero.
- Official catalogue of national projectsName and content of state initiatives.
- 17 United Nations Sustainable Development GoalsInternational framework of goals and targets.
- Official SDG Indicators ListMetrics of local pilots are not a substitute for UN indicators.
- Data of the author's matrix and sources20 national projects, 17 SDGs, 7 areas and definitions of proposed metrics.
- FENIX brand libraryIndependent library of the existing site.
- World of the Future brand identityIndependent visual series of the current site.
Routes were checked against the public website audit dated 01.10.2026. Matching names of original projects and government programmes do not imply a shared affiliation.
