The concept of an ecosystem of events, knowledge, socially useful actions and continuity
1. Design
The portal of the five elements is the event-digital architecture EQUILIBRIUM, in which five universal images organize different types of human activity, and the Relay of Fire connects them into a single cycle of knowledge, action, memory and transmission.
The five elements are seen not as a physical classification of nature, but as an understandable cultural language for organizing programs, events, and user routes. Each element has its own mission, type of actions, set of events and digital portal, but they are all connected by a common protocol: “received — comprehended — made — confirmed — conveyed.”
The central mechanism is FIRE: not a monetary unit and not a means of compulsory social rating, but a voluntary digital sign of a confirmed contribution and passing the relay race. The system should be based on voluntariness, transparent rules, protection of personal data and the ability to participate without material motivation.
2. Mission and objectives
- transfer knowledge from the mode of consumption to the mode of action and transmission;
- create a 365-day rhythm of events that combines personal development and public benefit;
- link culture, education, ecology, creative work and digital communities;
- give a person a clear path of participation: from the first action to his own project or local relay race;
- Create a single event map EQUILIBRIUM that can be scaled from community to city, country and international network.
3. Five portals
| Elemental | Meaning | The main question | Type of action | Key result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fire | will, knowledge, memory, launch | What am I able to light and transmit? | training, mentoring, feat of action, relay race | Awakening and transmission |
| Water | life, recovery, care | What does healing and support require? | water ecology, environmental health, relief, rehabilitation | Viability |
| Air | thought, communication, communication | What should be understood and heard? | dialogue, media, education, knowledge sharing | Connectivity |
| Land | work, form, territory, heritage | What should be built and preserved? | creation, improvement, craft, production, preservation | sustainable result |
| Ether | meaning, coordination, synchronization | How to combine the disparate into a whole? | reflection, analytics, coordination, cultural rituals | Integrity |
4. Fire Portal - Central Relay
The Fire Portal is the entrance to the system. His task is to turn meaning into action, and action into transmission. The user is not obliged to share any ideology: he chooses a specific useful action, fixes the result and, if desired, passes the baton to the next participant.
Basic cycle of fire
1. Spark. contact with knowledge or challenge.
2. Acceptance. choice of action and personal responsibility.
3. Action: Performing a specific action.
4. Result. fixation of the real change.
5. Understanding what worked and what the participant learned.
6. Transfer: Transfer of knowledge, skill, or invitation.
7. Synchronization. Return of the result to the general card EQUILIBRIUM.
5. Relay of Fire Protocol
The Relay is built as a voluntary chain of action. Transfer should not be a condition for access to basic rights, public services, education or vital resources. It is used only as a mechanism of engagement, community and confirmation of project experience.
| Stage | What the participant does | What fixes the system | What the Network Gets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Receipt | Selects an event/task | time, subject, agreement | new active node |
| Implementation | Makes an action | report/confirmation by rules | real result |
| Verification | If necessary, confirm the fact | validation, level of trust in the event | Protection from fictitiousness |
| Transmission | Share knowledge or invite participants | communication between nodes | Relay Extension |
| Return | gives feedback | lesson, effect, metric | Training the entire system |
6. 365 events: annual rhythm
The year is built as 13 cycles for 28 days (364 days) and one Unity Day. This allows you to maintain a steady rhythm without reference to a specific calendar month. Each cycle has a theme, and each event has one clear task.
| № | Cycle | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | The Awakening | sparking intention |
| 2 | Discipline | Form a rhythm |
| 3 | Knowledge | Get and test knowledge |
| 4 | Practice | Turn knowledge into a skill |
| 5 | Ministry | Acting for the benefit of others |
| 6 | Connections | Create a live connection |
| 7 | Creation | Create a new result |
| 8 | Strengthening | strengthen sustainability |
| 9 | Transmission | Become a mentor and guide |
| 10 | Scale | distribute the working format |
| 11 | Quality | improve quality and evidence |
| 12 | Synchronization | Agree on a personal and general |
| 13 | Return | sum up and start a new round |
Day 365 - Day of Unity: open synchronization of results, gratitude to participants, map of achievements, transfer of key knowledge to the next annual cycle.
7. Special program "Second Breath"
Second Breath is a Fire Portal format for memory events, continuity, and inner strength recovery. In the Russian cultural context, one of the possible events may be a voluntary action associated with the St. George ribbon: the symbol does not replace the action, but accompanies it.
Program Formula: MEMORY → THANKS → ACTION → TRANSFER.
- Helping veterans, seniors and families in need of support
- Collection and preservation of family histories, letters, photographs and testimonies;
- volunteering for the improvement of memorable places;
- lessons of living history and intergenerational meetings;
- Relay of useful actions with public or non-public confirmation at the participant's choice.
8. Programs of other elements
WATER - "Living Environment"
- Water ecosystems and water quality
- restoration of springs and coasts
- Culture of careful consumption
- Biocenous monitoring
AIR - "Open Knowledge"
- Culture of dialogue
- Media literacy
- skills transfer and mentoring
- Public Lectures and Knowledge Laboratories
Earth - "Creating Territory"
- Local improvement projects
- Crafts and Production Cooperation
- Preservation of cultural and natural heritage
- City and Village Projects
Efir - "Single Field"
- Map of events and meanings
- Coordination of five portals
- Analytics of results
- annual and seasonal synchronizations
9. FIRE as a Digital Sign of Contribution
In the platform, the FIRE can be used as a non-purchased digital sign of the passage of a confirmed event. It should not be automatically converted into money and should not give privileges in basic public services. Its safe purpose is reputation within the voluntary project environment, confirmation of experience, access to additional projects, mentoring and communities.
| Can | You can't |
|---|---|
| Confirm participation | Sell rating |
| Record Completed Actions | Buying a sign without action |
| Open voluntary project levels | Limiting Human Rights by Index |
| use for internal analytics and portfolio | Forced publicity or participation |
10. Digital portal architecture
Main map. five portals around the central core EQUILIBRIUM; the user sees active events, cycles and routes.
Event feed. daily tasks, local initiatives, educational and cultural events.
Passport of action. purpose, organizer, conditions of participation, type of confirmation, expected effect, safety rules.
My way. personal history of completed events, acquired skills and voluntary transfers.
Map of the relay. impersonal visualization of the spread of action between cities, communities and countries.
Outline of analytics. KPI events, quality of confirmation, involvement, re-participation, social and environmental effect.
11. Roles of participants
Participant: performs the action and gets the experience.
Fire Carrier: transmits the working format to others.
Mentor: helps to pass the cycle of knowledge and practice.
Guardian: Responsible for quality of content and continuity.
Curator of the element: develops the portfolio of events of its portal.
Validator: Confirms the results where it is really necessary.
Architect EQUILIBRIUM: Agrees on connections between portals and cycles.
12. Economic model
The economy of the portal is built around the projects and the confirmed result, and not around the sale of the symbol FIRE. The cash circuit may include event sponsorship, grants, corporate programs, paid professional tasks, educational products, charitable funding, and a platform service commission.
- free public layer - access to basic events, knowledge and volunteer programs;
- project layer - the budgeted tasks of organizations, cities and partners;
- professional layer - paid work and project roles with ordinary contracts and tax accounting;
- Development Fund - financing of socially useful initiatives on transparent rules and measurable indicators.
13. Principles of trust and security
Volunteering. The participant can enter and exit the relay without negative consequences.
Data minimisation. Only what is needed for the selected event is collected.
The internal project index is not used to limit civil rights and basic services.
Verifiability. public indicators have a clear methodology and source.
Anti-fraud. suspicious results are subject to additional verification, not automatic punishment.
Cultural correctness. historical and symbolic themes are implemented with respect for people, memory and difference of views.
Priority of real effect. the number of transmissions is not more valuable than the quality of the action.
14. Roadmap for launch
| Stage | Horizon | What we launch | Transition criterion |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prototype | 0–30 days | Portal of Fire, 30 events, 50–100 participants | at least 60% completed events and quality feedback |
| The Five Elements | 1–3 months | One pilot track for each element | sustainable re-participation and confirmed cases |
| City/region | 3–6 months | local map of events, partners, institutions | measurable social/environmental impact |
| The National Network | 6–18 months | Federation of Local Portals and Unified Data Standard | Comparable performance and independent validation |
| International contour | after proven pilot | Culturally neutral version of the five elements | local partners and adaptation of rules |
15. KPI and evidentiary value
- Percentage of participants who completed the selected event;
- re-participation after 30/90 days;
- the number of confirmed useful results, not just registrations;
- the proportion of transmissions that led to real action;
- participants’ assessment of usefulness and safety;
- social, educational, environmental or territorial effect by type of event;
- the proportion of events that have undergone independent verification of the method or result.
16. Place in EQUILIBRIUM
V EQUILIBRIUM The Five Elements Portal is an event interface between a person, knowledge and projects. EQUILIBRIUM observes connections and results; Five elements give a person clear routes; The Fire Relay provides continuity; 365 events create rhythm; digital sign of FIRE records the experience; project outline turns the best initiatives into programs and real deeds.
FIVE THINGS → 365 EVENTS → ACTION → RESULTS → TRANSFER → NEW CYCLE
17. Result
Portal of Five Elements - Relay of Fire can become a single cultural event layer EQUILIBRIUM: not a system of coercion and not an abstract philosophy, but a space of voluntary action, training, mutual assistance, heritage preservation and creation of new projects. Its power arises when the symbols remain clear, the rules are voluntary and transparent, and the main proof is the real result.
