1. The Ether Portal Mission

The ether portal is the suprasystem coordination circuit EQUILIBRIUM. It does not replace the rest of the elements, but links their goals, rhythms, data, decisions and responsibility into a single picture.

Objectives

  • harmonization of goals and indicators of the five elements;
  • synchronization of projects, events and cycles;
  • identification of systemic contradictions and side effects;
  • creation of a common language of meanings and decisions;
  • long-term scenario planning;
  • Linking local action to a system-wide outcome;
  • maintaining a balance between man, nature, economy and future generations.

2. The Five Circuits of Ether

1. Meaning

Why does the system exist, what values and results does it protect?

2. Time

cycles, horizons, sequence and transition points.

3. Connectivity

relations between portals, projects, institutions and territories.

4. Balance

trade-offs, limitations, feedback and sustainability.

5. Future

scenarios, early signals and preparation for possible changes.

3. The Seven Stages of the Ether Cycle

1. Gathering - see the state of all contours.

2. Binding is finding dependencies and common nodes.

3. Understanding - to determine the overall picture and contradictions.

4. Scenarios: Consider alternative trajectories.

5. Harmonization: Synchronize goals, resources, and timelines.

6. Monitoring - to monitor the consequences of the decision.

7. Reassembly - update the architecture when the environment changes.

4. Hypergraph EQUILIBRIUM

Hypergraph Ether is a digital map of systems. Nodes are people, organizations, territories, projects, events, knowledge, resources and risks; hyperconnections are relationships in which several elements are involved at once.

What the hypergraph shows

  • which projects depend on the same resources;
  • where the decisions of one portal create a risk for another;
  • Which organizations and people are the key connecting nodes;
  • what events are synchronized in time;
  • where there is no liability or data;
  • Which scenarios have the maximum cumulative effect?

5. Passport of system connectivity

  • mission and measurable goals;
  • five portals and their current state;
  • key projects and inter-project dependencies;
  • calendar of cycles and control points;
  • the register of decisions and their grounds;
  • Map of risks and conflicts of objectives;
  • system of indicators of overall effect;
  • architecture and history of change.

6. 365 events Ether

365 Ether events is a calendar of coordination and comprehension of the system. It combines daily activities with weekly, 28-day, quarterly and annual cycles.

  • 1. The "meaning" cycle
  • 2. The “Observation” Cycle
  • 3. The "Communication" Cycle
  • 4. Cycle "Time"
  • 5. The Balance Cycle
  • 6. Cycle "Dialogue"
  • 7. Cycle "Scenario"
  • 8. The "Solution" Cycle
  • 9. The "Responsibility" Cycle
  • 10. Cycle "Sync"
  • 11. The "Future" Cycle
  • 12. The "Return" Cycle
  • 13. Cycle "Reassembly"

Day 365 - Day of the One: an annual reassembly of the map of goals, results and the next big cycle.

7. Ether Relay

To see the whole is to look at the task through all the affected contours.

Find a connection - identify key dependencies.

Agree — to bring together the goals and limitations of the participants.

To fix - to record the decision and the grounds.

To observe is to measure the consequences.

To convey the context is to convey to the next participant not only the decision, but also the meaning.

8. The Economics of Systemic Effect

Ether economics assesses the effect of coherence: prevented project conflicts, reduced duplication, reduced systemic risks, and increased value from cooperation.

11. Control and KPI

  • the proportion of projects with described intersystem dependencies;
  • the number of identified and resolved conflicts goals;
  • the average time of approval of the interdepartmental decision;
  • the proportion of decisions followed by the measurement of the effect;
  • Reducing duplication of resources and activities;
  • The number of scenarios tested prior to the launch of the solutions;
  • The number of lessons that have been transferred to new cycles.

13. Final architecture

The ether portal makes the five elements not a set of separate programs, but a coherent system. It keeps context, synchronizes time, and helps you see the consequences of decisions outside of a single department, project, or generation.

EFIR is the coherence by which the whole becomes greater than the sum of the parts.

EFIR: Mission

Functional role in the system EQUILIBRIUM

Mission

The main principle

The ether portal links the goals, rhythms, data, decisions and responsibility of the five elements into a single picture of the system of systems.

Integrity does not arise from centralizing all control, but from aligning goals, rules, time, and interfaces between autonomous circuits.

Meaning → Connectivity → Rhythm → Synchronization → Integrity
