Extended and methodologically refined edition
EQUILIBRIUM • 2026
Annotation
“16 KON Principles” is a philosophical and ethical model describing enduring principles for the development of individuals, relationships, organisations and social systems. In this edition, the original text has been transformed into a coherent EQUILIBRIUM concept: each KON principle has been given a clear definition, limits of applicability, a practical mechanism, a risk and a measurable result.
The main formula
Awareness → choice → action → consequence → feedback → improvement
In EQUILIBRIUM, a horse is understood as a reference point that helps to reconcile intention and action with life, human dignity, the public good, and the limits of natural systems. Cohn does not abolish freedom: he makes freedom responsible.
What has been corrected and strengthened
- Repetitions, language errors and categorical formulations that are not confirmed by scientific data are removed;
- Metaphysical ideas are designated as world-view interpretations, not as established facts.
- The concepts of karma, reincarnation, the materiality of thought and energy have been translated into the correct philosophical and practical context.
- The logic of domination is eliminated: the influence of the strong is replaced by responsible leadership and the protection of individual autonomy;
- each horse received application practices and verifiable signs of result;
- formed a connection with the contours EQUILIBRIUM: man, community, project, institute, biocenosis and civilization.
1. Purpose of the 16 KON Principles system
The modern world faces not only a lack of resources, but also a lack of coherence. Technology accelerates actions faster than society can comprehend their consequences. Therefore, the EQUILIBRIUM system does not need a set of slogans, but an internal decision-making code applicable from personal choice to an interstate program.
The 16 KON Principles form such a code. They connect four levels: source and identity; free choice and creation; causality and feedback; exchange, gratitude and renewal. Together, they form a cycle of sustainable development in which the system can remember, choose, act, learn and renew itself.
The Four Quadrants
| Quadrant | KON principles | The main question | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| I. Foundation | 1–4 | Who are we and what are we acting for? | Identity and Creative Design |
| II. Connectivity | 5–8 | How are actions included in the network of relationships and consequences? | Responsibility and feedback |
| III. Implementation | 9–12 | How does purpose become sustainable? | Competence, influence and resource discipline |
| IV. Circulation | 13–16 | How does the system exchange, learn and update? | Reciprocity, Gratitude, Gratitude and Transition |
Application levels
| Level | Object of equilibrium | Example of solution |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | values, will, health, attention | Selection of activities without self-destruction |
| Family and community | trust, reciprocity, borders | Distribution of responsibilities and concerns |
| Project and organization | mission, resources, consequences | examination of the project before scaling |
| State | rights, security, development | solution with feedback and public responsibility |
| Biocenosis | load limits and recovery | Monitoring of impact and regeneration |
| Civilization | Long-term compatibility of systems | Cooperation without suppression of differences |
2. Canon of Interpretation
To ensure that the 16 KON principles do not become an arbitrary esoteric scheme, EQUILIBRIUM applies a unified method of interpretation to them.
- First, the moral core of the principle is defined.
- The metaphor is then separated from the testable statement.
- The principle is then translated into action or management rule.
- Restrictions are set for action: human rights, the rule of law, non-violence, scientific integrity and environmental limits.
- The result is assessed by the observed effects and feedback.
- In the case of horse conflict, the principle of minimizing irreversible harm and preserving the dignity of the individual is applied.
3. Sixteen Horses: Extended Edition
Each con is disclosed in seven elements: meaning, principle, practice, risk, metric, and system function. This structure makes the philosophy suitable for education, management and project expertise.
01 • KON
CONTINUITY AND IMPROVEMENT
We inherit biological, cultural, family and institutional conditions, but are not obliged to mechanically repeat the past. Continuity becomes creative when experience is preserved, tested, and improved.
Practice
Create a heritage map: knowledge, strengths, injuries, mistakes, unfinished commitments. For each element, define whether to save, rethink, complete, or convert.
Border and risk of distortion
Blind justification by tradition; mythologization of origin; transfer of responsibility to ancestors.
Results signs
Share of decisions based on lessons learned; availability of knowledge register; reduction of repeatability of errors.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The memory circuit EQUILIBRIUM: archive of decisions, origin of data, intergenerational transfer of competencies.
Question for self-examination
What legacy do I keep and what do I consciously transform?
02 • KON
THE WILL AND THE MORAL CHOICE
Will is the ability to hold on to a chosen direction by relating momentum, values, and consequences. It does not equal rigidity and does not justify the suppression of another.
Practice
Before an important action, answer: what I want; who it will benefit or harm; whether I am ready to be responsible for the consequences; which will help bring the decision to fruition.
Border and risk of distortion
Self-violence, the cult of power, the accusation of a vulnerable person of "willlessness."
Results signs
Fulfillment of voluntary commitments; stability of focus; ability to adjust the course without abandoning the goal.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The contour of subjectivity: personal obligations, transparent roles, the right to deliberate refusal.
Question for self-examination
Am I acting out of a clear choice or out of impulse and pressure?
03 • KON
PART AND WHOLE COST
Humans are part of large systems and carry their cultural and biological footprints. The similarity of the part and the whole is a fruitful metaphor for systemic connectedness, but not proof of their complete identity.
Practice
For the project to build a map: people → team → organization → territory → biocenosis → society. Identify direct and indirect effects.
Border and risk of distortion
False analogies; conclusions about the universe only by the similarity of images of neural and cosmic networks.
Results signs
Number of relationships taken into account; reduction of unforeseen external effects; completeness of the system map.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Hypergraph EQUILIBRIUM: nodes, connections, dependencies, and cascade effects.
Question for self-examination
What consequences of my decision will arise outside the visible object?
04 • KON
CREATION
Creation is the production of value that supports life, dignity, knowledge, beauty, mutual trust and the ability of systems to develop. In EQUILIBRIUM, a person acts as the creator responsible for the quality of his contribution.
Practice
Formulate the value created, recipients, benefit criteria, side effects, and a way to correct the damage.
Border and risk of distortion
Romanticization of any actions as “creativity”; good intentions without evaluation of the result.
Results signs
Proven utility; satisfaction of recipients; no or compensation for harm.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Outline of initiatives SFERA: Design → Expertise → Co-operation → Pilot → Confirmed result → Scaling.
Question for self-examination
What verifiable value does my action create?
05 • KON
TYPES AND ENVIRONMENT
People tend to come together based on shared interests, attitudes, and behaviors. At the same time, the environment is not formed by mystical “attraction”, but by choice, algorithms, social conditions and available opportunities.
Practice
Conduct an audit of the environment and the information diet: what increases clarity, competence and goodwill, and what is fear, dependence and hostility.
Border and risk of distortion
Accusation of a person that he has “drawn” violence, disease or poverty; information bubbles.
Results signs
A variety of reliable contacts; the quality of information sources; the level of psychological safety.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The contour of communities: recommendatory mechanisms with protection against radicalization and closed bubbles.
Question for self-examination
How does my environment change me — and what do I bring into it?
06 • KON
RESONANCE AND TRANSFORMATION
Any information elicits an emotional, cognitive, or behavioral response. Maturity is not to pass a destructive impulse on, but to transform it into an understanding, a boundary, or a constructive action.
Practice
PAUSE protocol: receive signal → assess the status → See the facts → set a border → Respond without multiplying the harm.
Border and risk of distortion
Suppression of emotions; tolerance of violence under the guise of “transformation of evil”.
Results signs
Reduction of escalations; speed of recovery from conflicts; share of conflicts with agreed solution.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Early warning and mediation circuit EQUILIBRIUM.
Question for self-examination
Does my response stop the destructive chain or strengthen it?
07 • KON
LONG LIFE HORIZON
The idea of reincarnation belongs to religious and philosophical traditions and is not a scientifically established fact. The universal practical core of the horse is to make decisions beyond short-term benefits and to take future generations into account.
Practice
Check solution in the horizons: today, year, generation, 50 years. Separately assess the reversibility of the consequences.
Border and risk of distortion
Imposing beliefs; devaluing current life for the sake of a hypothetical future incarnation.
Results signs
Share of long-term indicators; intergenerational equity; risk reversibility.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The Civilization Horizon EQUILIBRIUM and Scenario Planning.
Question for self-examination
Will this be acceptable to those who come after us?
08 • KON
REASON AND RESPONSIBILITY
Karma is interpreted here as an ethical-philosophical image of causes and consequences, and not a mechanism for accusing the victim. Complex events have many causes, including chance, environment, decisions of other people, and the organization of institutions.
Practice
Make a map of the causes: my actions, the actions of others, system conditions, random factors. Define the area of control, influence and acceptance.
Border and risk of distortion
The phrase "it's your own fault"; ignoring structural violence and unpredictability.
Results signs
Quality of analysis of the root causes; implementation of corrective measures; reduction of repeated incidents.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The scope of audit of the consequences and traceability of decisions.
Question for self-examination
What is my real contribution to causes and what is beyond my control?
09 • KON
COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRESENTATION
Purpose is understood not as a predetermined destiny, but as a dynamic correspondence of abilities, values, needs of the world and mature responsibility.
Practice
The matrix of four questions: what matters to me; what I know; what I am willing to learn; what real need exists.
Border and risk of distortion
Fatalism; pressure from family or organization; excuse for lack of competence by "invocation".
Results signs
Growth of skills; sustainable participation; confirmed social value of activities.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Roles and Competences SFERA / SPECZASHCHITA.
Question for self-examination
Where do my abilities, responsibilities, and the need for peace meet?
10 • KON
WORLD OF THINGS AND ATTENTION
Thoughts affect perception, emotions and behavior, but do not materialize events directly at one desire. Attention management is the ability to notice thoughts, test them, and choose an action.
Practice
Fix: Event → automatic thought → Emotion → Facts for and against → More precise wording → Action.
Border and risk of distortion
Magical thinking; guilt for illness or unhappiness due to "wrong thoughts"; refusal of medical care.
Results signs
Reduced cognitive bias; quality of decisions; compliance with the recovery regime and specialist assistance.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The contours of cognitive hygiene, education and data culture.
Question for self-examination
What facts confirm my thought and what action is reasonable?
11 • KON
MAGNETISM AND RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP
Influence arises from trust, competence, status, communication, and the ability to bring people together. Strong influence imposes increased responsibility and does not give the right to rule the masses without their consent.
Practice
Before seeking to influence the public, disclose the purpose, interest, evidence, risks and the audience’s right to disagree.
Border and risk of distortion
Cult of personality; manipulation; exploitation of vulnerability; substitution of authority with evidence.
Results signs
Trust; transparency of decisions; distribution of leadership; availability of feedback mechanisms and revocation of authority.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Outline of legitimacy and public participation EQUILIBRIUM.
Question for self-examination
After my leadership, do people get stronger and freer?
12 • KON
PROTECTION AND TRANSFORMATION OF RESOURCES
The physical law of conservation of energy cannot be directly transferred to emotions, money, or information. In a managerial sense, the con requires taking into account the sources, losses, conversion and restoration of resources.
Practice
Balance time, attention, materials, energy, finance and environmental impact. For deficiency, determine recovery or replacement.
Border and risk of distortion
Pseudoscientific use of the word "energy"; exploitation of people as a renewable resource.
Results signs
Resource intensity of the result; recovery rate; waste reduction; absence of chronic burnout.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Live Balance EQUILIBRIUM and resource contour ECO‑PPA.
Question for self-examination
What resources are being spent and how will they be recovered?
13 • KON
EXCHANGE AND RECIPROCITY
Viable systems exist through the exchange of matter, energy, information, labor, care, and trust. Fair exchange takes into account the contribution, need, voluntariness and asymmetry of power.
Practice
For each exchange, check: voluntary, clarity of conditions, equivalence or justified solidarity, the possibility of exit and resource recovery.
Border and risk of distortion
Hidden exploitation; demand for immediate reciprocity; turning care into debt.
Results signs
Balance of contributions and benefits; accessibility; low level of conflicts on the terms of exchange.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Co-operation and financial contour SPECZASHCHITA / MURDE / EUT.
Question for self-examination
Does sharing preserve the dignity and vitality of all parties?
14 • KON
THANKS AND LEARNING
Gratitude helps to notice the support and meaning, but does not require to call the harm "good". Mature gratitude is compatible with grief, anger, boundaries, and the demand for justice.
Practice
Weekly fixation: what supported; whose contribution is important; what the difficulty has taught; what correction is necessary.
Border and risk of distortion
Toxic positivity; coercion of the victim to gratitude; denial of justice.
Results signs
Culture of recognition; retention of participants; speed of learning; implementation of restorative measures.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
The outline of public recognition and the register of deposits.
Question for self-examination
What deserves recognition, and what needs correction?
15 • KON
GIVING AND PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS
Giving is the voluntary direction of time, knowledge, means or concern for the development of others and the common good. It does not guarantee personal rewards and must consider its own boundaries.
Practice
Determine the available volume of contribution, the criterion of benefit, the transparency of use and the way of developing the independence of the recipient.
Border and risk of distortion
Self-exhaustion; demonstrative charity; control through help; promise of guaranteed "return."
Results signs
Confirmed effect; transparency; growth of independence; sustainability of participation.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Grant conveyor SFERA and public impact programs.
Question for self-examination
Does my help create opportunities or dependency?
16 • KON
REPLACEMENT, TRANSITION AND UPDATE
Living systems retain their identity through updating components and behaviors. The transition requires not passive acceptance of everything new, but a distinction: what to complete, what to preserve and what to experience.
Practice
Transition Protocol: Accept Completion → Preserve valuable → Close the Obligations → Test the new → Evaluate the consequences → Fixing a working model.
Border and risk of distortion
Cult of novelty; destruction of institutions without replacement; renunciation of obligations under the guise of "letting go".
Results signs
Speed of safe adaptation; share of completed commitments; safety of critical functions.
Integration into EQUILIBRIUM
Transition control and scaling circuit EQUILIBRIUM.
Question for self-examination
What to finish, what to save and what to experience before scaling?
4. Matrix 16 × 6
The matrix is used to assess initiatives. Each KON principle is scored from 0 to 3: 0—the principle is not taken into account; 1—it is declared; 2—it is supported by a mechanism; 3—it is confirmed by data and feedback. The overall score does not replace professional assessment; it indicates areas that need attention.

Scale: 0 - absent; 1 - declaration; 2 - mechanism; 3 - confirmed result.
5. Management cycle EQUILIBRIUM
- Intended. Horses 1–4 determine the origin, subjectivity, system scale and value created.
- Examination. Horses 5–8 analyze the environment, reaction, long horizon and cause-effect relationships.
- Implementation. Horses 9–12 connect role, attention, leadership and resource balance.
- Cooperation. Horses 13–15 set fair exchange, recognition and public contribution.
- Transition. Con 16 provides cycle completion, update and transition to the next level.
- Feedback. The results return to the continuity as a new layer of shared memory.
6. Coherence index 16K
The consistency index 16K can be used for internal navigation. It is not a rating of a person’s value. It is a tool for assessing the maturity of a decision or project.
| Component | Weight | Which confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Base: horses 1–4 | 25% | mission clarity, subjectivity, consistency, value creation |
| Connection: horses 5–8 | 25% | Analysis of the environment, conflicts, long-term consequences and causes |
| Realization: horses 9–12 | 25% | competence, quality of decisions, legitimacy, resource balance |
| Circulation: Horses 13–16 | 25% | fair exchange, recognition, contribution and updating |
The index is calculated as the weighted average of the confirmed estimates. Red Zone: the presence of at least one critical violation of rights, safety or environmental limits, regardless of the total amount.
7. Implementation practices
For the person
- weekly reflection on the four horses of the current quadrant;
- Diary of decisions and consequences;
- Personal balance of resources and recovery;
- Checking significant decisions in the long horizon.
For team and organization
- 16K-check-list before the initiative launch;
- retrospective of the reasons and lessons after each stage;
- public disclosure of interests and risks;
- mechanism of safe feedback and review of the decision.
For territory and biocenosis
- Map of stakeholders and natural links;
- initial data before the intervention;
- Load and early warning thresholds;
- Recovery plan and long-term monitoring.
8. Ethical restrictions
- No horse can justify violence, discrimination, exploitation or deprivation of human subjectivity.
- Metaphysical beliefs do not replace medicine, law, engineering safety and scientific expertise.
- You can not blame the victim with references to karma, thoughts, lack of will or the "attraction" of events.
- Strong influence requires transparency, consent, control of authority, and the right to dissent.
- The environmental good must be confirmed by measurement, not symbolic language.
- In case of uncertainty, reversible solutions, pilots and the protection of vulnerable parties receive priority.
9. Educational Module “16 KON Principles”
| Module | Format | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Introduction | 2 hours: meaning, status, model boundaries | the participant distinguishes between metaphor, value and verifiable fact |
| The Four Quadrants | 4 lessons by 90 minutes | the participant applies the cycle to the personal and project decision |
| Workshop | Disassembly of one real case | Map of consequences and corrective measures |
| Project laboratory | 4–6 weeks | The initiative is evaluated 16K and the pilot |
| Certification of practice | Portfolio and Case Protection | The ability to apply the method without dogmatism is confirmed |
10. Manifesto of the 16 KON Principles of EQUILIBRIUM
01 We accept heritage, but choose improvement.
02 We affirm the will as responsible freedom.
03 We see the part as a whole and the whole in the consequences of each part.
04 We create value that supports life and dignity.
05 We consciously shape the environment and do not blame a person for what happened to him.
06 We are ending the chains of destruction and transforming conflict into clarity and boundaries.
07 We act in the horizon of future generations.
08 We are responsible for our contribution to causes without arrogating to ourselves power over everything.
09 We connect abilities with the needs of the world.
10 We test thoughts with facts and turn attention into conscious action.
11 We understand leadership as serving the subjectivity of others.
12 We take into account the cost of resources and provide recovery.
13 We are building a fair, voluntary and viable exchange.
14 We thank you for your support, learn lessons and do not justify harm.
15 We give in such a way as to strengthen independence and the common good.
16 We complete with dignity, keep valuable and update responsibly.
Conclusion
The 16 KON Principles of EQUILIBRIUM provide a language for bringing the inner and outer worlds into alignment. Their value lies not in a claim to absolute antiquity or universal infallibility, but in their ability to direct attention towards memory, freedom, connectedness, consequences, fair exchange and renewal.
The system becomes alive only when it is tested by action. Therefore, the main criterion of each horse is not the beauty of the formulation, but the quality of relationships, the sustainability of projects, the restoration of nature, the dignity of man and the ability of society to learn without repeating destructive mistakes.
