Documents and presentations
Eight primary FENIX resources and two supporting Knowledge and Energy files. Each has a brief description, full text and original file.
Materials are preserved in the authors’ versions. Working concepts are distinguished from the approved cooperative programme and the new architectural concept for the city.

FENIX — Evolutionary System
The concept of the voluntary people’s self-development programme Knowledge and Energy: personal choice, learning, mentoring and shared practice. The document connects 13 development areas with 19 directions and describes a proposed 12-week pilot, roles, outcomes and conditions for agreement.
Foundations and principles · DOCX
FENIX — Foundations. Core Document
FENIX’s shared principles, terminology, participant rights and procedures for joint work. Foundations explains how free choice, culture, scientific verification and practice connect, and shows where the other documents in the series fit; it does not replace learning modules or qualification documents.
Culture, science and training · DOCX
FENIX — Culture and Science. Teaching and Methodology Document
An extended self-development module for adults: eight learning modules, 19 areas of practice and six working forms. It proposes a 12-week, 36-hour pathway, cultural work, a research task, verification of results and preservation of experience; timing and conditions require agreement.

FENIX — Culture and Science. Presentation
A slide version of the learning module: the path ‘understand — investigate — create — pass on’, four participant outputs to be presented and the organisation of sessions. The slides introduce the learning model, while the accompanying DOCX document details the forms and requirements.

FENIX — Ideal Reference Model Builder. Document
A method for moving from a desired image to a working result profile: 19 directions, 13 profile fields and 20 checks. It distinguishes the image, requirements and actual data, and describes resources, responsibility and version updates; the benchmark applies to the work, not a person’s worth.
Reference standard, profile and verification · PPTX
FENIX — Ideal Reference Model Builder. Presentation
A presentation of the working design toolkit: a request, an agreed benchmark, action, evidence and a new version. It shows the distinction between image, benchmark and actual result, the profile structure and the process for deciding on the result; this is a brief visual introduction to the detailed DOCX methodology.
Practice and Mentoring · DOCX
FENIX — Volume II. The Practice of Self-Development. Document
A practical continuation of Foundations: a personal pathway, a mentor, a workshop, one’s own work, verification of results and passing on experience. It contains exercises and forms, an example 12-week / 36-hour cycle and links to 19 directions, 13 fields and 20 checks; the proposed schedule is not a mandatory standard.

FENIX — Volume II. The Practice of Self-Development. Presentation
A slide-based path from personal choice to shared endeavour: choose a question, produce work, verify the result and preserve experience. It distinguishes the finished product, the acquired skill and the achieved effect, and shows the roles of the mentor and workshop and how the second volume relates to Foundations.
Knowledge, energy and territorial pilot · DOCX
Knowledge and Energy — Applied Module ZE-01. Document
A related New Order document connecting the Archive, science, computing, energy and measurable results. It proposes preparing a limited ZE-01 pilot, Safari Park — City of Knowledge: one engineering node, learning programmes and verification of benefits. Building a city or a large data centre is explicitly outside the first pilot’s scope.

Knowledge and Energy — Applied Module ZE-01. Presentation
A presentation of the Knowledge and Energy concept: the Archive and GRID, the educational environment, reliable energy services and preservation of the natural core. It shows the Safari Park — City of Knowledge pilot, the transition from a node to a network of territories and decisions needed to begin; the source does not describe the visual concept as an approved master plan.
