Construction project

BRICS International Congress Center with Infrastructure

For the implementation of this project, a new legal entity was specially created - BRICS Development Joint Stock Company with a team of professionals. The Concept of BRICS Congress Center Development has been developed.

The project is implemented by the International Intergovernmental Organization "International Research Institute for Management Problems" (Prime Minister of the Russian Federation M.V. Mishustin appointed the Secretary General of the Union State S.Yu. Glazyev is a member of the Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation).

The following sites were selected for the implementation of the project in the Greater City area:

3 Privately owned property, and 2 the Department of the President of the Russian Federation (Autobase No 2 and FSUE "Product Supply Enterprise").

- 77:09:0005016:114 (10,666 sq. m.), Moscow, 3-ya Magistralnaya Street, 18/8;

- 77:09:0005016:2 (18,036 sq. m.), Moscow, 3-ya Magistralnaya Street, 18/13.

Cadastral numbers, areas and addresses of land plots owned by the Presidential Affairs Office:

- 77:09:0005016:4296 (12,047 sq. m.), Moscow, 2-y Magistralny Tupik;

- 77:09:0005016:3633 (12,197 sq. m.), Moscow, 2-y Magistralny Tupik, properties 7A and 9.

The total area of the land plots is 66,738 sq. m.

There are plans to build at least 350,000 sq. m., including the BRICS International Congress Centre, 5 residential complexes and a hotel with apartments.

The total amount of funding at the first stage before the start of construction and installation works is about 10 billion rubles, including the purchase of land, land tax, IRD, PIR, site preparation and other expenses.

Total financing for construction (SMR) of the first stage - about 40 billion roubles.

Total funding for construction (SMR) of the second stage - about 30 billion roubles.

Total funding for the construction of the third stage (SMR) - about 30 billion roubles.
