Six areas of partnership

GP-01

Raw Materials and Trade Partnership

We consider cooperation in the supply of oil and petroleum products, gas, fertilisers and agricultural products. To prepare a proposal, we clarify the product range, volumes, geography, logistics and payment terms. Whether a specific supply can proceed is determined after documents have been checked and agreement reached with the participants.

GP-02

Partnership with Banks

We invite banking groups to discuss financing for project preparation, payment services and project finance. The cost structure, repayment arrangements, collateral and roles of the parties are determined for each project by a separate agreement.

GP-03

Infrastructure Partners

We prepare proposals for design, construction and manufacturing organisations. We consider participation in preparing documentation, construction and equipment supply. Selection criteria, qualifications, timelines and the contractual model are determined for each specific site.

GP-04

Development of Areas in Moscow

We consider land and property complexes for integrated development and redevelopment. Preparation starts with checks of rights, restrictions, planning parameters and economic viability. The possibility of changing the use and the scale of construction are established through the assessment process.

GP-05

State-Owned Property and Heritage

We consider projects for the use and restoration of state-owned property, including cultural heritage sites. Possible lease and acquisition arrangements are determined after checking the property, the applicant’s status and applicable procedures.

GP-06

Preparing Assets for Financing

We accept proposals from rights holders of industrial, infrastructure, agricultural, healthcare and IT assets. We prepare an asset profile and production and financial models, and assess possible contractual structures and funding sources. The terms of the initiator’s participation are set out in agreements.
