The Meaning of Space
At the centre of the portal is an idea that can be viewed from several sides. The garden gives it a foundation, water connects its parts, fire marks the start of action, air the sharing of knowledge, and space brings the whole together.
Around the central circle there is a garden, a water line, a light hearth, an air gallery and a star room. These are five ways of paying attention to one idea: through place, relationship, event, knowledge, and meaning.
