Purpose
SPECZASHCHITA’s basic property fund, formed from share contributions. It is one of the main sources of the Cooperative’s property and connects members’ property participation with its activities.

Sources of funding
Share contributions may be made in money, securities, land, other property and rights with a monetary valuation. The register also notes annual, voluntary and other contributions to the share fund as defined in Article 1 of the Charter.

Contribution amounts and procedures are determined by the General Meeting. The admission contribution is not part of the share fund. Accounting and refund conditions depend on the contribution type and supporting documents.
