Having provided the foundation on its own territory, applying in its new national technological structure the national economic and industrial activities of the whole range of Closing Technologies, in the national infrastructure project "RUSSIAN MAP".

  First: Transport Project Initiative:

As a result of the initiative, the whole country will receive an ultra-high-tech high-speed transcontinental transport system to provide transportation services, people, goods and money within 5-12 years.     

  Second: Energy Project Initiative 

As a result of the implementation of the initiative, the whole country will receive full excess energy coverage throughout the private and industrial sectors within 3-7 years with the same cost and excess resource generation for sale.  

  Third: Information Project Initiative

As a result of the implementation of the initiative, Sran will receive the world’s leading infrastructure of functioning cyberspace for managing the digital national and global economy within 1-3 years.     

  Fourth: Infrastructure Project Initiative

As a result of the implementation of the initiative, the housing issue for all categories of citizens in all regions can be fully resolved within 3-12 years.

- in the production and industrial process of servicing the system of electricity generation for the supply of its volumes to consumers in the national network and through the existing national network to Europe according to the planned network infrastructure creation using new technologies of electricity transportation, for the transportation of electricity to China;

- in the field of scientific research on the study and application of regional features in the national economy;

- in the production of high-tech area, using in production processes the latest achievements of high technology, in the exploration of fossils, mining, processing and processing of any material, before obtaining a market semi-finished product or finished product with high added value directly in the cluster.

Thus, from the implementation of two project initiatives, we will get 100 years ahead, a comfortable spatial springboard for the development of domestic national human resources provided with accessibility and energy.  

At the same time, the creation of new environments will inevitably cause a dialogue between representatives of different civilizations on the principles of the spiritual organization of life. The process of mastering living space inevitably involves the organization and connection of three different shells or environments: the biosphere (spheres of life), the noosphere (spheres of reason and intelligent life, according to Vernadsky) and the pneumatosphere (or spheres of spirit, according to Florensky). The National Information Project Initiative provides for:

1. - transport. Regulates the transmission of message packets between processes running on network computers. Collects information from the blocks in its former form. In other words, the task of this level is to bring to mind the transfer of information from any point to any in the entire network. The transport layer hides from all higher levels any details and problems of data transmission, provides standard interaction of the level lying above it with the reception-transfer of information regardless of the specific technical implementation of this transmission.

Level 5

The same level is responsible for network mapping - it converts regional (domain) computer names into numeric addresses, and vice versa. It coordinates not computers and devices, but processes in the network, supports their interaction - manages communication sessions between application-level processes. 

Level 6 

- level of data presentation. This level deals with the syntax and semantics of the transmitted information, i.e., it establishes the mutual understanding of the two communicating computers as to how they represent and understand the transmitted information upon receipt. Here, for example, such tasks as transcoding text information and images, compression and decompression, support for network file systems (NFS), abstract data structures, etc. are solved. 

Level 7 

- applied. It provides an interface between the user and the network, makes all kinds of services available to a person. At this level, at least five application services are implemented: file transfer, remote terminal access, electronic message transfer, directory service, and network management. In a particular implementation, it is determined by the user (programmer) according to his immediate needs and capabilities of his wallet, intellect and imagination. It deals, for example, with a variety of different terminal type protocols, of which there are more than a hundred.

Creation within three to five years (2020-2025g.) of the National Computing Platform on the basis of GRID network built into the fabric of the state communication infrastructure of electronic government in the segment of digital economy management. The national "Cloud" GRID - the network at the heart of the infrastructure is intended to be a tool to ensure the fundamental constitutional right to digital equality for the population in the possibility of obtaining all types of information services and modern cloud services throughout the country 24 hours a day.

According to computational parameters, the network will exceed the combined computing power of American supercomputers that operate the global Internet, thus, the National Network will be able to provide and guarantee a secure Digital National Sovereignty in the global cyberspace, including, acting as a national defense cyber security system.

According to the project, in 5 years, it is planned to upgrade the system, switch to a neuroflon computer and change the computing core to a photonic processor, after which the operating parameters of the system can be upgraded to a degree.   

The implementation of the Russian innovations in the field of IT-technologies, based on the global infrastructure of the Internet, can lead to the creation of the World Digital Cyberspace, operating meta-system mathematical models that are able to accommodate and operate to change the current 3 dimensional reality in the online feedback mode. The creation of a networked Mega supercomputer will make Russia a leader in the development, creation and maintenance of a global digital interface to the cloud infrastructure of cyberspace. The Mega network supercomputer is able to operate (operationally manage) the full digital model of the country, the entire global infrastructure in an interactive mode, providing customers with all types of digital services and Cyber-Space capabilities throughout the planet. The functional working environment of the space is carried out by a cluster mega-supercomputer. Access to the cyber environment is carried out through public sphere-gates or through individual network VIP-terminals of virtual presence. The implementation of projects in cyberspace will allow to obtain a real mathematical 4D model of the solar system as a whole, 4D model of the Earth and all major planetary processes, 4D model of Russia, all infrastructure, model of regional development plans, etc.

Fourth: Infrastructure Project Initiative

The construction of 300 plants in former growth points, now monotowns, completely, i.e. forever, will close the question of the need for always equally cheap and high-quality building material for the population and the construction industry.      

The second technology is the production of CLT panels and products from them. Full production can be deployed at a regular sawmill site.
