1. SUBJECT OF THE TREATY

2. RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

3. DATE OF ACTION OF THE TREATY

3.2. The cooperative may not terminate, unilaterally (without the written consent of cooperative member), the contract with cooperative member, except in the following cases:

3.3. For cooperative member, this agreement terminates after the Co-operative Council adopts a decision on the results of consideration of the application for withdrawal from cooperative members in the fulfillment of the conditions provided for in paragraph 2 of this agreement or in the event of the death of cooperative member.
4. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS OF THE TREATY
4.1. Any information obtained in the framework of the implementation of the Target Program, including the terms of this agreement, its additional agreements and other related information, is confidential and is not subject to disclosure.
4.2. The terms of this Agreement may be changed by mutual agreement with the mandatory preparation of a written document, which is signed by both Parties, and becomes an integral part of this Agreement.
4.3. The Parties shall resolve all disputes through negotiation. If they fail to reach agreement on a disputed matter, the Parties have the right to apply to arbitration or judicial bodies at the claimant’s location, whose decision shall be final and binding on the Parties.
4.4. The parties are exempt from liability for the period during which the circumstances of force majeure (force majeure), namely: war, natural disasters, social and military unrest, fires, epidemics, etc., as well as government regulations or changes in the current state legislation.
4.5. On the occurrence of force majeure, the expected duration of their action, termination of their action, the Party for which they occurred must immediately notify the other Party.
4.6. All notices and communications must be in writing.
