Consent to Personal Data Processing

to create and maintain an account

1. Operator and method of granting consent

1.1. I freely, by my own will and in my interest give the Non-commercial Consumer Cooperative "Scientific and Production Association"SPECZASHCHITA" (NPK "NPO "SPECZASHCHITA"), OGRN 1207700383087, INN 9709066128, KPP 770901001, Address: 109004, Mr. Moscow, st. Stanislavsky, d. 22, Page. 2, Seating. 11 (hereinafter - the Operator), consent to the processing of my personal data under the terms of this document.

1.2. Electronic consent is provided by a separate independent action in the registration form of the personal account: after reading this edition, I set the default blank consent check box and click the registration button. The operator records the identifier, the edition and the checksum of the document, the fact, date and time of consent, the request identifier and the protected technical evidence of the event.

2. Purposes of processing

2.1. Create and maintain an account; confirm contact details; authenticate and restore access; provide personal account functions; send service messages; protect your account; prevent, detect and investigate information security abuses and events.

3. Personal data

• the name chosen for the address and email address;
• ID and status of the account, the date of its creation and confirmation of the e-mail address;
• cryptographic password hash; the password is not stored by the Operator in an open form;
• identifiers and hashes of one-time tokens and server sessions, their validity period and information about withdrawal;
• identifiers, editions and checksums of the User Agreement, Policy and this Consent; fact, date and time of acceptance of the Agreement, familiarization with the Policy and granting consent;
• IP address or its protected derivative, user-agent or its hash, necessary technical cookies, date, time, URL, request ID and the result of the request;
• events of registration, confirmation of e-mail, entry, exit, restoration of access, account restrictions, audit and information security.

4. Actions and methods of processing

4.1. The Operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, refine, extract, use, provide access to authorized employees and persons processing data on behalf of the Operator, block, delete and destroy personal data.

4.2. Processing is carried out in a mixed way: with the use of automation tools and without their use, with transmission over the Internet. The dissemination of personal data and the adoption of decisions that give rise to legal consequences solely on the basis of automated processing are not included in this consent.

5. Data processors on behalf of

5.1. For these purposes, the Operator may entrust the processing to Russian providers of infrastructure, file storage and service delivery of letters listed in the current Policy with respect to the processing of personal data, subject to the availability of the processing order provided for by law. As of the date of publication, the following are used:

• Timeweb Cloud — site and office hosting, database, private object storage, backup and delivery of static materials;
• RuSender - delivery of service letters; send an email address, name if necessary, type of event, technical identifier and a secure one-time link.

5.2. Passport, membership, bank documents and attachments to the specified letter delivery service are not transferred. No cross-border transfer is made under this consent.

6. Duration and storage of evidence

6.1. The consent is valid until the account is closed or its withdrawal. After termination of processing, data related to these purposes shall be destroyed within the period established by law, unless there is another legal basis for their storage.

6.2. Limited evidence of registration, provision and withdrawal of consent, other legally significant actions and security events may be stored separately for up to three years to resolve the requirements, unless another period is established by law or a related case.

7. Withdrawal of consent

7.1. Consent can be withdrawn through the available function of the personal account, if it is implemented, by mail to the Operator's address or by message to office@speczashchita.com. In the appeal, you should specify information that allows you to identify the account and the corresponding consent; sensitive documents are not included in an ordinary email.

7.2. The withdrawal may make it impossible to continue using the account. It does not cancel the legality of the processing performed before receiving a review, and does not stop the processing, which continues on an independent legal basis.

8. Limits of consent

8.1. Creating an account is not a pre-application, formal application for membership and does not mean acceptance in cooperative members.

8.2. This consent does not apply to the preliminary application, formal application for membership, verification of identity and documents, membership, payment and other subsequent procedures, advertising, distribution of personal data or processing of biometric data. For such processes, independent grounds and documents are applied.

9. Subject Confirmation

9.1. By providing electronic consent, I confirm that I have read its content, understand the purpose, list of data, actions, methods, timing and procedure for withdrawal and act freely, specifically, substantively, informedly, consciously and unambiguously.
