The site speczashchita.com is an information resource of the SPECZASHCHITA project. The site materials are not a public offer, legal advice, a guarantee of results or a substitute for contacting authorized bodies.

Online payments are not currently accepted on this website. Before payment acquiring is launched, the cooperative will publish the applicable payment terms, the legal basis and amount of each payment, and the procedures for confirmation and refunds.

Prepared rules: payment of dues, grounds and types of contributions, refund of fees and erroneous payments, cooperative details.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information, not to abuse contact forms and not to post information that violates the rights of third parties.

Personal Data Processing Policy

Categories of personal data subjects

The data controller processes the personal data of website visitors, applicants, prospective and current cooperative members, representatives of organizations, and persons who submit a request by email or through the forms available on the website.

Purposes of processing and composition of data

  • Registration and consideration of the appeal: name, email, telephone, messenger, city, status of the appeal, description of the situation, attached materials.
  • Registration and review of a membership application: full name, applicant type, organization and Taxpayer Identification Number (INN), where applicable, phone number, region, email address, account details, and application status.
  • Risk assessment and communication preparation: information voluntarily provided by the applicant, correspondence history, preferred method of communication.
  • Security and correct operation of the site: IP address, Cookie, user-agent, date and time of request, technical events.

Legal basis for processing

The operator processes data based on the consent of the subject of personal data, the need to respond to a request, conclude or fulfill an agreement, fulfill obligations under the law and the legitimate interest of the operator in ensuring the security of the site and protecting rights.

Processing order

Personal data can be collected, recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, clarified, retrieved, used, transferred to persons acting on behalf of the operator, depersonalized, blocked, deleted and destroyed. Processing can be automated or non-automated.

Processing and storage times

Request data is processed until the communication is completed or consent is withdrawn, and is then deleted within 30 days unless the law or the need to protect the parties’ rights requires continued retention. Cooperative member data and membership documents are retained for the periods established by law and the cooperative’s records retention schedule. Technical security logs are retained for no longer than 12 months unless an incident requires a longer investigation.

Localization and transfer to third parties

When collecting data from citizens of the Russian Federation, the data controller must ensure that the initial recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, and retrieval of such data use databases located in the Russian Federation, unless an exception is provided by law. Cross-border transfers are permitted only after the applicable statutory requirements have been met.

Until Russian localization of the application database has been confirmed, online registration and the member account must not be used to collect new personal data. Requests sent by email are transmitted through the infrastructure of the email provider Migadu. Do not include passport details, health information, bank details, or third-party confidential information before sending.

Personal data protection measures

The operator takes legal, organizational and technical protection measures: restricting access, appointing a person in charge, taking into account requests from subjects, using secure administration channels, backup, updating software, monitoring contractors and deleting data after achieving the processing goals.

Rights of the subject of personal data

The subject of personal data has the right to request information about processing, clarification, blocking or deletion of data, withdraw consent and appeal the actions of the operator. Requests should be sent to info@speczashchita.com.

Consent for Request Submission

By selecting the separate checkbox in the request form, I freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest consent to NPK NPO SPECZASHCHITA processing the name or organization name, region, email address, phone number, request text, and materials attached to the email that I provide.

The purposes of processing are to register and review the request, provide feedback, assess the situation, and prepare organizational or legal communications. Permitted operations include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restriction, deletion, and destruction. Processing may be automated or non-automated.

Consent remains valid until review of the request is completed or consent is withdrawn. A withdrawal request should be sent to info@speczashchita.com. After withdrawal, the data controller will cease processing and delete the data within 30 days, except where continued processing is permitted by law.

Consent for a Membership Application

By selecting the separate checkbox in the membership form, I freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest consent to NPK NPO SPECZASHCHITA processing my full name, applicant type, organization name and Taxpayer Identification Number (INN), where applicable, phone number, region, email address, account details, and application status.

The purposes of processing are to create an account, register and review the application, verify the information provided, communicate with the applicant, and document the decision of the cooperative’s competent governing body. Consent does not constitute automatic admission as a cooperative member.

Consent remains valid until a decision is made on the application or until consent is withdrawn. If the applicant is admitted as a cooperative member, the data will subsequently be processed on the basis of the membership and contractual relationship and applicable legal requirements. A withdrawal request should be sent to info@speczashchita.com.

Cookies and Analytics

As of this version of the website, no separate web analytics systems or advertising cookies are enabled. To support member-account authentication, the client application may store a technical session token in browser storage. Bank card details are neither entered nor stored on the cooperative’s server.

Information and advertising messages

Information messages related to the response to an appeal or the execution of agreements are sent as part of appropriate communication. Advertising messages, news, invitations and offers are sent only with the separate prior consent of the user.

The user can unsubscribe from messages via a link in a letter, a reply message or by contacting info@speczashchita.com. After refusal, advertising mailings must be stopped.

Appeals and security

Messages may contain sensitive information. Before legal verification, you should not send passport data, health information, bank details, secrets of third parties and other high-risk data.

Consent to the distribution of personal data

If the publication of a story, photograph, name or testimonial of the applicant is required, the operator must obtain separate consent for the distribution of personal data. Such consent is not replaced by a general consent to processing and should allow the subject to determine the list of data permitted for publication, conditions and prohibitions on distribution.

Until such consent is obtained, public stories, reviews and other identifying materials should be published only in anonymized form or not published.
