1
00:00:00.600 --> 00:00:03.629
In a future city, Nika built a bridge.

2
00:00:03.800 --> 00:00:06.800
To a place across the river, for

3
00:00:06.840 --> 00:00:07.949
all the residents.

4
00:00:08.500 --> 00:00:11.170
On screen, it all looked perfect.

5
00:00:11.600 --> 00:00:15.029
But meeting the residents
changed her design.

6
00:00:15.500 --> 00:00:18.849
An old musician asked
where he could rest on the way.

7
00:00:19.500 --> 00:00:23.169
A craftswoman in a wheelchair said:
the slope was too steep.

8
00:00:24.100 --> 00:00:27.769
For the first time in years,
Nika stopped explaining.

9
00:00:28.019 --> 00:00:29.289
And listened.

10
00:00:30.200 --> 00:00:34.319
The craftswoman proposed
a longer, gentler path.

11
00:00:35.200 --> 00:00:37.959
One line became a shared space.

12
00:00:38.500 --> 00:00:40.010
They worked together.

13
00:00:40.180 --> 00:00:40.940
Argued.

14
00:00:40.980 --> 00:00:42.459
Tested loads.

15
00:00:42.499 --> 00:00:43.769
Revised plans.

16
00:00:44.500 --> 00:00:46.329
The bridge took shape.

17
00:00:47.500 --> 00:00:48.850
Nika gave a sign.

18
00:00:49.500 --> 00:00:51.929
The motors unfolded the spans.

19
00:00:52.500 --> 00:00:53.930
The locks clicked.

20
00:00:55.500 --> 00:00:58.369
The first wheels crossed the bridge.

21
00:00:58.699 --> 00:01:00.449
A girl walked beside them.

22
00:01:01.000 --> 00:01:03.230
Many voices became a choir.

23
00:01:04.100 --> 00:01:07.780
The meeting place began outside,
where people

24
00:01:07.820 --> 00:01:09.449
made room for each other.

25
00:01:10.100 --> 00:01:12.850
We call this vision CheloVECHE.

26
00:01:13.600 --> 00:01:15.749
A person who can listen.

27
00:01:15.839 --> 00:01:18.029
And create with others.

28
00:01:19.000 --> 00:01:19.579
Rus'.

29
00:01:20.100 --> 00:01:23.260
Anyone can take a first step
towards another person.
